Schittin Good Coffee was created seven months into my pregnancy with Bubs. Bubs was a large baby for my petite frame and he took up a lot of real estate. For those of you that may not have experienced this, this meant that other organs got squished in order for him to have room to grow; leading to continuous acid reflux and constipation.
Traveling, as some may relate to, may further exacerbate the constipation issue. DH (dear husband) and I had travelled to Vermont for the weekend. After a long drive there DH asked where we should stop for coffee. Irritated and uncomfortable I exclaimed "Wherever we go, the coffee needs to be schittin good." And alas, the idea behind Schittin Good Coffee was born.
